Listen to employees not just revenue flow
The employees- very strong and caring
They do not care about employees
Average- Nothing special. Needs to be more indepth
Listen to employees and try to make real change
The higher you go the less there is.
Poor- The higher in management the worse it gets
Teams are great and can make a difference if allowed
It depends on the department- some are much better than others
Those who work harder and get results need to be paid better
Need stronger leadership less yelling and finger pointing being told we are failing- Structure- Leadership gathering- real training and workshops
