
Interview was a while back but I enjoyed the casual nature of the jnterview. Made the team come across as inviting.
Honestly, not much right now. Maybe the fact that there is some job security with the amount of work. Out PTO policynis pretty good ad well.
Take care of your employees- compensate them fairly, help manage their workload so they can drive impact, and start showing meaningful appreciation. Instead of stripping away benefits quietly, adress why they are leaving or on pause ( like recharge days)
