My team is the only thing that gives me hope

We all care about our students and do everything we can to make them sound as good as they can.

My coworkers are usually agreeable and kind. We cover each others shifts and we help each other out when we need to. However the turnover rate is high and every now and then we have rude and crass employees.

my coworkers are incredible. i understand school of rock's attract macho losers for staff, but i am fortunate enough to work at a school filled with decent people. i wish i was not the only woman that worked there though

We sometimes have online meetings to make staff meetings more convenient. We can volunteer to be part of a Teacher band for a summer Open House each year.

Open, honest, passionate, caring, and invested.

Generally everyone is a team player and willing to do right by the kids even if it isn't in their best interest

Fight for better conditions. Dont settle for less than what you deserve

We need more diverse leadership to be provided to the managers of individual schools. You cannot have someone in an extremely populous area on the west coast telling someone what will work for a midwest school. It is very naive to think the approach will be the same.
