My overall experience has been really positive. This is the first company I've worked at that really seems to get it right. I feel so supported as a human too. Especially in these turbulent COVID times, the support of my family life & mental health has been huge.

I couldn't be prouder to be a part of this team, or more grateful to be at this company. I joined just before the pandemic and it's made a huge difference to have a company that prioritizes mental health, respects work/life balance, and to be surrounded by people willing to help.

Unlimited time off and paid parental leave

It's a tough call between unlimited PTO and (partially) paid parental leave.

Paid maternity leave is my most recent favorite part of our compensation package. Unlimited PTO, gym reimbursement, and stock options are also benefits that drew me in.

A sense of accomplishment, the feeling that what I do moves the needle for the company, even if just a little. The sense that customers like our product, want what we are selling, and are happy after their purchase. And the team environment internally.

My team, they're so fun to work with and they drive me to do my best. Second would probably be the excitement around our technology and growth. Customers are excited about the product and notice that we're doing something different. There's a great energy here!

I see a lot of integrity and genuine care from them. They are smart, capable and make good choices for the growth of the company, and they also very genuinely care about us as people. And then implement policies, holidays, panels, & more to show that.

Our leadership team values us as people, and is understanding and accommodating of life outside of work. They prioritize our mental health. There is also a remarkable lack of ego in our leadership team which is really refreshing. They communicate company goals & updates clearly and often.

It genuinely feels like a family. Leadership doesn't look down on employees, everyone wants to help and wants to see the company (and the individuals here) grow and succeed. People are happy to be here, roll with the punches, are optimistic and have a good sense of humor.

Our team is highly competitive, but in a kind way. We all want everyone to succeed, we just want to succeed a little more. :) Everyone takes pride in their work and wants the company to succeed, so they're happy to help each other out. There's an easy comradery between coworkers.

The positive attitude. There are growing pains to growing a company so quickly. There is a lot of change, a lot of learning, and sometimes work that would fall a little outside your role. But people seem to understand that, have a positive attitude about it, and roll with the punches.

Our team is highly engaged and invested in each other's success. We're highly competitive like any other sales team, but we want our colleagues to succeed as well. We have a lot of fun while still sharing ideas, information, and getting our work done. It's productive and fun - a perfect combo.

Our leadership team genuinely cares about each individual on their team. They are hyper-focused on our growth & success as a company, but never let that distract them from the well being of their employees. They go above and beyond to communicate their vision to us & also care for us as people.

It's hard to pick 1. Our executive team is energized, positive, & driven. They value us as people (not just employees). My manager is responsive, supportive, & cares about each of us on her team. There is a sense of teamwork & positivity that emotes from everyone. We're working toward a common goal.

Our team is incredible, even working remote we've maintained a highly active chat where we help each other, and keep each other laughing and motivated to do our best. I've truly never seen a team work together so cohesively and so happily. We all want to do our best and want to support our teammates
