The salary and commission structure is above average for the position I hold at SentinelOne.
They appear to be completely transparent in regards to the next steps to help define us as a leader in the space.
I feel like I can go to my manager, other leaders in the company, or HR, to have my concerns heard. I also feel valued, and that seems to be hard to find these days in a numbers-driven world!
