The culture really embraces what's going on in the real world and how it impacts their employees (shout out to HR team). They understand that these are unprecedented times so they have to stay nimble and be quick to make changes to make sure our culture is intact.
They all seem to understand how important it is to be transparent to a remote workforce as well as clearly outlining their next initiatives and goals. They also all seem really lax and love still joking with their employees. LOVE ALL THE RECOGNITION OF TRIBULATING TIMES AND THE MENTAL DAYS OFF!
My team's dynamic is all about making sure the other person is at it's best to do their job the best they can. There is mutual trust and admiration for all different sets of skills and love how open and friendly we are. We talk about all aspects of life and itreally brings us together.
