I love working here. This is one of the best jobs I've ever had, and I'm so happy I joined. I am truly excited for the future at Shortcut and grateful that I get to be a part of it.
i loved the recruiting process
Our team is full of incredibly interesting, kind, and empathetic folks. I care deeply about my coworkers and I know that is reciprocated.
Our leadership team is accessible, open, and transparent. It's really refreshing to be part of a company that doesn't gatekeep information at the executive level.
The fact that everyone receives equity is really valuable...everyone at every level has the opportunity to make an impact on the future value of the company and benefit from it.
We have the most amazing team of people I've ever had the pleasure of working with. Everyone is kind, respectful, empathetic, and mature. There is no one at this company that I don't look forward to working with.
Our compensation is competitive and much better than I've had at other startups - I value the fact that everyone receives equity as part of the total package and I'm excited to have a hand in determining the future value through my work here.
Our team is full of such intelligent and interesting people. I feel like my teammates genuinely care about me, and the feeling is mutual. We're all able to put in hard work but still find time for fun...the people are what make Shortcut great!
I love the fact that I feel like I'm constantly learning at Shortcut. Our culture is one of collaboration and everyone is great about sharing knowledge and taking time out of their day to teach others. I'm proud to work here with these amazing folks.
Our leadership team is accessible and transparent. They don't gatekeep information and I always feel like I have a clear picture of where we are and where we're going. In addition, they're all kind, respectful, and supportive of our team, and set a great example as leaders.
My teammates! I love our small but mighty team and I feel like we work really well together. I also really enjoy a lot of the engagement activities we do and the opportunity to get to take some time for fun with people I don't necessarily interact with on a day to day basis.
It's tough to stay connected in a fully remote environment but I think we put forth a lot of good effort to keep folks from feeling isolated. The People Team plans a lot of great events to give us the opportunity to socialize and a lot of our teammates open up organic opportunities to hang out too.
