I love working here and I'm not afraid to shout it from the rooftops. The people are without a doubt the best thing about this company, but it doesn't hurt that we have an already great product that keeps improving every day.

Great culture is terms of few egos and limited bureaucracy (I know transparency is hard - but please keep pushing for it or the culture will become siloed and bitter) I think there's some empathy in terms of moving fast and actually wanting to grow. It has improved since I've been here though
