My base salary is healthy.

Health insurance with no monthly premium and no deductible. I've been taking better care of myself due to robust health insurance plan. Also like the unlimited PTO and culture of taking time off.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I firmly believe location-based salary is an unfair policy for compensation and unfortunately, that's what we have.

Unfortunately, we have a location-based compensation policy that disproportionally impacts folks from developing countries.
