
Everyone shares in successes, and there's a strong mentality of learning from failure.
Comp is good for the market, and I know that if I approach leadership with legitimate reasoning for needing additional comp, I'll be heard.
Leadership is solid. Will need to keep in mind that fast-growing companies can quickly fall into negative habits, but I think we're in a good place.
Solid team. At times it's difficult to determine who should own what tasks, but so far we've been able to figure everything out for the most part.
