
Keep teams small so that people don't feel like just a number. Better benefits and parking. Stop asking for paystubs/W-2. It makes potential employees feel like you don't trust them and when companies like Forbes are telling people not to share salary history, it makes SDC seem sketchy.
The culture is great actually. Everyone is super friendly and supportive, and there is always someone to listen to your ideas. The problem is that institutional change never happens because the direction of the company is completely determined by venture capitalists. We do whatever gets us funding.
I would want them to look more at the cases and what they are sending out as smile plans
I would put myself as a manager and be more hands-on in my smile shop
Improve benefits, work-life balance and flexibility to reduce very expensive turnover.
