Incredible candidate experience. I got a great view into the culture. Process was super intentional and thoughtful and everyone I met was incredibly smart and respectful of my time.

The leadership team is constantly seeking input from staff at all levels from all parts of the business. To a person, they're always open to hearing feedback - good, bad, and indifferent.

I love the fact that Be Empathetic is our north star principle - our one principle to rule them all. We have an amazing culture here at Snapdocs, and I think it's largely because empathy is so important to us as a company.

The whole culture is just incredibly positive. Our northstar principle is Be Empathetic. That doesn't mean everyone is too nice or sugar coats stuff. It means we can have real conversations and give hard feedback sometimes because we all lead with empathy. And the work/life balance is superb.
