Leadership always operates with a transparent plan that is shared with the company. It feels very proactive. Because of this approach, it allows management to give strong emphasis & attention to individuals, rather than just reactively measuring achievement.
This is obvious but closing deals. There is a clear workflow and process to close sales which is extremely refreshing. Average sales cycle is short and the sales team is constantly equipped with tools and support to be successful.
Although the software industry is predominately male, you can tell through hiring that racial and gender diversity is a priority through hiring. As a female in sales, I can feel tremendous respect from my male coworkers. There is no 'boys club' like at other companies.
Other than the inclusion, management's emphasis on growth of the individual, it was refreshing to hear our CEO state on a company wide meeting that micromanagement is not a priority. There is a trust in being hired that you know how best to complete your job.
