
Everything, it's hard to pinpoint on an exact thing here. This is one of the best companies that I have worked with.
The ability to go them at anytime with questions/concerns or feedback. There is never a time to fear or feel uncomfortable going to someone who is higher up.
Since our team is small I like how close knit we can be. The fact that we all come from a similar background makes it that much easier to discuss and understand different things as well.
In the early stages our team is small so our workload can dramatically increase, but I do see it getting better. Mostly has to do with our workload while the company is growing at a fast rate.
Being able to make the customer happy and seeing how we can improve their processes. Nothing better than jumping on a call and the customer saying how happy they are, whether that be a new customer being excited about a new software, or an existing customer who sees their team being more efficient.
