Overall it has been an amazing journey for me - both on personal development and also the company growth. Not only I got promoted but also my co workers which is amazing to see that the company is promoting from within. Lastly it's amazing that the customers satisfaction is high even as we scale!

Even though there is a good work/life balance most of the time, in times we have more work or need to step up the whole team will volunteer to help each other. There is a beautiful collaboration and clear common goals for different teams in the department.

In office days I'm excited about the face to face interactions, the small talks and even the funny jokes that we can hear here and then at an open space. In WFH days and in general, I'm excited mostly about the new things we learn, personal development and the customers happy stories!
