It's a family orientated company, they don't expect you to work around the clock, they know people have lives outside the job. There's also a culture of keeping all staff informed through emails, the intranet and training.
It was in a relaxed atmosphere outside of the office and without the interviewer trying to trip me up or ask tough questions. It was more about getting to know me on a personal level. I was recommended for the job by a staff member.
