What are some of the best things about your team?

My ops manager definitively cares about me and my team on jobs have all been great people. I enjoy working with differetn type teams and everyone wants each other to suceed but also everyone pulls their weigh

meetings are only scheduled when required.

They really care about our success and one another.

Everyone works together and helps out where they can. They're like family
