What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Fair, easy going, and respectful.
We have a real culture of caring and doing the right thing.
It's a family orientated company, they don't expect you to work around the clock, they know people have lives outside the job. There's also a culture of keeping all staff informed through emails, the intranet and training.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
