What did you like most about the interview process?
made me feel comfortable and at ease.
Meeting a number of leaders through the power interview process.
It was in a relaxed atmosphere outside of the office and without the interviewer trying to trip me up or ask tough questions. It was more about getting to know me on a personal level. I was recommended for the job by a staff member.
It was informal and received tour of office and introduction to department heads.
