It has a great work/life balance. It really does feel like a family, as it was started by a family. The founder and the CEO can be found in the halls, talking to all folks by first name. So, even though it is a huge company, it feels personable and family-oriented.

Non existent. Current management has morale low in many groups - focus needs to be more on employees to reduce turnover versus only caring about margins. Keep your people happy and the margins will fix themselves once attrition to resolved.
