How employees describe working at Sykes Enterprises

There are almost no guidances or progresses for my team and no one really knows the right way to do the job. We often also have to come up with the processes which is way over our pay grade and should not happen. This makes the work very stressful and often everyone does their job in a different way

I used to work there I need my w2 form

I worked for Sykes I learned a lot from you guys. And would love for Malvern ar to get Sykes started again. Maybe not with At&t but a different company that you guys are contracted with. So the reason for my message is I'm looking to see who I need to speak to about my 401k. 5012294319 jenlowery

Excellent and professional environment with hands on resources for further personal development

Review from Customer Support Dept

Employees are treated like they have no life of their own. The ask for 10 hr availability and they only schedule you for 3 per day. You are punished if you need an accomodation

It has a great work/life balance. It really does feel like a family, as it was started by a family. The founder and the CEO can be found in the halls, talking to all folks by first name. So, even though it is a huge company, it feels personable and family-oriented.

  • They have their favorites

  • a second family, great team players, active and creative
