Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I was undervalued and told false information

The job had a ridiculous workload and only paid a measly $11.00 per hour

They give no benefits to normal employees and also 2 weeks to get a day off which is now becoming a standard which is insane.

Yes very under valued need new culutre

For working for a company providing FSA, HSA, HRA information to customers, the benefits the employees are offered are not good if at all existent. I feel the immediate from line leaders do all they can. Being offered HRA benefits we offer other companies would go a long way.

There are almost no guidances or progresses for my team and no one really knows the right way to do the job. We often also have to come up with the processes which is way over our pay grade and should not happen. This makes the work very stressful and often everyone does their job in a different way

My coworkers were fine. But there was no room for teamwork when it's each person on their own with a customer from start to end of shift.

Yes they are just like high school

People need to work in a compliant manner. They need to stop being jealous of persons who do well.

It's not my job to suggest changes - TM are paid to do that.

There is no communication. No answers no emails back. It's a joke

A flat hierarchy would be a first step.

The days off are absurd and some of the bosses seem angry 99% of the time so they take it out on you.

Treat the customer bad need better customer one on one service

Everything is wrong. Sitel is going to sink.

Clearer direction and more follow up from management is necessary to the success within any organization. This company has neither.
