What do you like best about the leadership team?

They were consistent and very patient. Great teachers. I use what I learned in everyday life. I'm disabled and they helped me through three years and we're very supportive to there employees.

Some of the people are great but the people managing them are kinda absurd. They use the word family so it's a known red flag.

The leadership I directly deal with are amazing. They really are caring people. Everyone truly wants the best for each other, and it's amazing.

Scheduling department needs to be updated

Probably everything if i am being honest. I am a team lead and the higher ups are either micro managers or dont care

Everything, you can't even count on getting your paycheck

Response, assisting agents with tech issues and definitely pay issues. The company is known to mess up agents check BUT to have it addressed, you have to get approval, and can not do it on the clock.

Pay attention and respond to the emails faster

They are mean and nasty. They don't realize we weren't trained correctly

They need to promote good employees instead of bullying them out.

Communication, when you have training class and there's a deadline with the background checks not coming in follow up take ownership, dont say its a 3rd party nothing can be done . Dont make new hires feel worthless. Problem solving skills is a must !

Being there for there for their employees. I have worked here for almost 2 years. I think this company could be great if they listened more to their employees instead of ignoring or reprimanding employees for expressing there feeling and stating what they need to be productive
