
I would improve the culture at SYKES by removing those who do not actively support and exemplify our culture. Unfortunately, these individuals do not fit in and encourage even more negative opinions and actions. Why fight ourselves. Get rid of the cancer.
A new executive team that has more focus on the people than the bottom line
More training for certain departments
More structure documentation.
