communication is their biggest weakness. too many long, ineffective meetings, not enough use of open dialogue in teams channels (which is both async and public to allow breakdown of silos). too dogmatic and inflexible about processes, removing autonomy of teams. the overall culture needs improvement

we were given like a 3% raise this year. that's just so much lower than i've ever received since starting in the tech field. not even enough to catch up to inflation. no bonuses for everyone either, only high level employees (who already make the most money...) which is another first for me in tech.
