It's very 'corporate America' now. They want it all done yesterday, as cheaply as possible, and to make themselves look good. No one gives a damn about the worker bees, we're all completely expendable. The entire vibe of the company has changed dramatically since they forced George Zimmer out. He was an incredible leader and the company was a MUCH better place to work when he was in charge.
