Valuing your employees' time and well-being
Being a leader and actually encourage and provide leadership skills.
Needs improvement. Better training for management.
We have some negative leadership in that they ignore staff asking to talk to them or upper leadership. Also tend to dominate meetings.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The pay was fair. I was part time. I didn't have an extensive package.

At my location, I feel discrimated against
companies, especially in retail, should start looking harder at the bigger picture of asking all and giving little back. Time to look again

I got to speak with my VP he was at the store. He was very nice he explained the company goals and where we were headed.
