There good people at lower to mid levels. They just have zero leadership abd each site is a like a little country with power hungry 'GMs' who have no skills.
It was basic and drawn out. Takes way too long and candidates take orher roles. Getting "HR and finance" approval takes forever. There is like 16 layers of approval it seems.
Exec mgt cares about themselves. No one gets raises or bonuses like perpetually but they pay themselves well and complain the "business is not doing well and we have to "lean in" and this is a "team sport."
