I like that the leadership team has continued to stay transparent on their goals and intentions of the organization and welcomes feedback.
I spoke with the Co-Founders and President during my interview process which I thought was really cool. It showed that they aren't too busy to invest in their people and that every hire matters.
Everyday is different. Although Tegus has grown rapidly, it is still very much a start up company which means there are constant changes and new processes. It's exciting to be aboard on this rocket ship!
