
We stick together when upper management is not thinking clearly
My team (supervisors) works together and we help each other out in need
They never ask how we feel and they never include us in anything that would impact our duties. Be nice if we are asked, before being told when it come to our team since you hold us accountable for every mistake.
The right and left hand needs to be on the same page(management, IT, CEO and leaders) and listen to others option without degrading them. We need to treat the employees under us with more respect and Value the ones that show up with appreciation.
The transition back in center was not planned out, false promise were made and its a lot of favoritism going around. If I have to come in center then everyone else should have to come as well. It cost me money to come in center so its not fair others get to stay home due to no babysitter or car. :-(
