If Telvista would listen to their mid level supervisors and trainers, pay us fairly, treat us fairly, and set reasonable expectations, it would go a really, really long way.

Senior leadership spends more time pretending to do work than actually assisting support staff who actually run the contracts. Client care execs spends their time out of the office, preparing to leave the office, playing video games, or hiding in their office from the clients.
Competition is great, but at the end of the day we should all be working towards the same goal. My peers spend more time trying to throw one another under the bus and not enough time learning how to partner and work effectively with other departments.
