The company has a lot to work on, but the staff and store atmosphere it good

Overall, management was very inappropriate and rude when it came to accommodating their employer's needs. They very clearly make you feel like a tool for them to make the company money instead of treating you like a human being. For being a minimum wage paying company, they have a lot nerve.

What do you value most about this brand?

the drinks and ambience. Im able to study here because of the big tables and electrical outlets, which is the main reason I go to cbtl so often and buy drinks/meals there.
