We all agree that Kelly Jean Wright is not fit to be in management position and we all agree that we've all been mistreated in some way. Other than that, we work together as a team to do things Kelly lacks so that the store runs smoothly.
He shares everything think about coffee and he lead the best
The main issue is that they have forgotten what it's like to be a barista. They have an awful lot to say about how to do the job with no idea what it is actually like to do it.

Teamwork is great. Great service
Being able to confide in each other when something isnt right and to step up and communicate
More regular surveys of employee satisfaction within the workplace and with their general and district managers. An ineffective GM or DM will lose you both money and effective employees.
To actually be held accountable for the job title they work for.
Keeping a professional work enviornment and taking tasks seriously
they need to be better vetted for their job, the majority of managers at this company are in no way qualified and absolutely partake in favoritism and hypocrisy.
Review from Sales Dept
The fact that they make it so hard for customers to get a hold of the company if they have a complaint is really mind-boggling to me. So many customers have seen how our manager treats us and nothing is ever done about it. I wish I worked for a company who cared about their employees more.

My store and I feel undervalued from our DM and our current GM. Rather then talk to talk to us about issues that arise, both our DM and GM immediately turn hostile and defensive and we can never communicate appropriately
I believe im a hard worker and that my hard work goes unrecognized and that they feel that they dont need to try as hard when im working, which is overworking me
If you are not a manager, they will NOT allow you to work full time. I work 5-6 days a week and am not full time, meaning I dedicate most days of the week to this job and get zero benefits.
Review from Sales Dept
I have worked for the company for almost 3 years and my manager treats me like I'm a five-year-old. The shift supervisors do most of her work anyway. I am sick of feeling belittled by her like I am a piece of gum on the bottom of her shoe. I shouldn't have to hesitate to go to HR because of her.
Review from Sales Dept
I would offer a higher pay rate if i expected my workers to constantly come in on their days off, work double shifts, and cover other people's shifts all while NOT being notified or asked in a timely manner. I would also recommend some kind of empathy and compassion workshop for all managers at CB
i love everyone i work with. Best team to have around. Hard working people who help each other out. Theyre the only reaosn why i enjoy my job and vice versa.
They are all very helpful and all work well as a team under pressure.
Team work. Disciplined. Communication. Fun
How nice they are and positive
Friendly, welcoming, we all get along
The team is toxic and in their own workd
Liability needs to improve better communications

Positive culture is the coworkers. The environment is ok. We do have problems with few others but it doesnt get taken care of even if its reported nore than once.
My team is the most positive environment and interacting with customers.
The customers are the most positive about this location.
We never talk down to each other when working, especially to our new employee's we make sure that they feel comfortable
the baristas are tight knit, hardworking, and care about the quality of product that we are producing. they make working here worthwhile.

Personable conversation, simply wanted to get to know me and see if I would be the right fit for the team.
I was hited on the spot. Interviewed by a manger whos no longer there but made it super easy for the hiring process and training.
I was able to be understood of my availability
It was easy going and they gave me enough time to respond to questions
when i was interviewed, the manager was extremely polite and engaged. they made a concise decision and it went very smoothly.

Joking around with my coworkers

Teamwork makes me the most happiest
our district manager is not at all qualified for their job. they play favorites and allow hypocrisy to run rampant, at our location, and i'm sure many others. this effects everyone beneath them and makes it much harder to accomplish our job in a positive and fair environment.
Review from Sales Dept
I don't know how many times I have to write but our manager is literally the reason we don't have as many customers anymore. No one can get a hold of customer service and I don't really think anyone cares how badly she treats us. The things that come out of her mouth are absolutely disgusting.
Review from Sales Dept
Way too understaffed, cant keep up with drink orders in a timely fashion
Management need to pick up their work
