What do you like best about the leadership team?
We all agree that Kelly Jean Wright is not fit to be in management position and we all agree that we've all been mistreated in some way. Other than that, we work together as a team to do things Kelly lacks so that the store runs smoothly.
He shares everything think about coffee and he lead the best
The main issue is that they have forgotten what it's like to be a barista. They have an awful lot to say about how to do the job with no idea what it is actually like to do it.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
More regular surveys of employee satisfaction within the workplace and with their general and district managers. An ineffective GM or DM will lose you both money and effective employees.
To actually be held accountable for the job title they work for.
Keeping a professional work enviornment and taking tasks seriously
they need to be better vetted for their job, the majority of managers at this company are in no way qualified and absolutely partake in favoritism and hypocrisy.

The fact that they make it so hard for customers to get a hold of the company if they have a complaint is really mind-boggling to me. So many customers have seen how our manager treats us and nothing is ever done about it. I wish I worked for a company who cared about their employees more.

Management loves to talk behind coworkers' backs, guilt you for being sick or having to deal with an emergency, overschedule you, make it very clear they only need you for labor and couldn't care less about their staff as actual human beings.
The leadership at coffee bean needs major HR training. The way they treat their baristas is sickening.
This company is horrible, you don't get paid enough managers and company does not care about you. Company is so cheap
