What are some of the best things about your team?
i love everyone i work with. Best team to have around. Hard working people who help each other out. Theyre the only reaosn why i enjoy my job and vice versa.
They are all very helpful and all work well as a team under pressure.

I love my team members. But none of them will speak up about how they are being treated by the manager. She literally scared everybody into hiding and not going to HR about all the problems going around at the store. The district manager won't do anything she could care less. Our manager is horrible

The baristas there are all awesome, hardworking folks. Management is the area of coffee bean that needs major improvement.
