They again, were very transparent. I knew where I stood and if there were other candidates for the role. It didn't make me feel like there was competition, it made me confident in knowing the chances. They were also super speedy in an offer.

Everything! Unlimited PTO and we now have Mental Health Days while working from home, 2 every month! They have been a life saver during this time. It also has been a nice security knowing I have a good health coverage plan in a time of uncertainty.

They are very transparent. They have the hard conversations with the whole company to insure everyone knows where we are at. Especially in the beginning of the pandemic. With their transparency and guidance we were all able to become more than we expected this year.
