What is the best part about your compensation package?
After having been underpaid at similar companies -- especially in comparison to my male colleagues -- it has been nice to work at a company that pays me fairly for the work I do.

What are some of the best things about your team?
I work on a tight knit team that understands each other's needs and works closely together to help out, even if our time is lean. One of TripleLift's values is "win as a team," and I think my team embodies that.

Everyone is upbeat and driven toward their goals. The open concept with unlimited snacks, coffee, comped noise cancelling headphones, and optional standing desks help with people's overall happiness.

What did you like most about the interview process?
There was a level of consistency in the type of people who interviewed me -- smart, ambitious, curious. I got a feel for the work culture from the interview.
