What do you like best about the leadership team?
* Extremely communicative with what is going on in the business * They try their best to get to know all the new hires * Approachable leaders that allow time for anyone within the org to discuss ideas directly with them

What did you like most about the interview process?
There only one onsite visit, which meant it was a quick turn around time.

The interview process is comprehensive but it's not too drawn out. As a candidate I was able to get a strong sense of both my role/team and company culture.

The interview process was well structured and not a high pressure situation. Everyone took their time to both understand if I'd likely be successful in the position and also to get to know my interests and goals.
