Strong communication from the top down, clear company goals, a willingness to admit mistakes. The leadership company has built a company centered around curiosity, calculated risks, and encouraging their employees to learn independently and as a team.

Our leadership team is incredibly transparent and keeps the employees well informed with present + future initiatives. Additionally, even though we're growing quickly each year, we're able to maintain company culture and have an easily accessible leadership team.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
A part of my goal is based on non-revenue driving activity, and I enjoy the unlimited PTO :)

Insurance has gotten better as there is full coverage now. Additionally, we do have a 401K partner but unfortunately no matching yet (I believe they're working on it). Finally, unlimited vacation days and a one month paid sabbatical once you hit 5 years is a great perk.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's a diverse group of people who generally enjoy each other's company and enjoy working towards a common goal. The best part about the culture is that it isn't toxic, depressing, stressful.

What did you like most about the interview process?
The little gift bag they give you for your in-person interview in the NY office. They immediately make you feel like a guest, vs a cut throat / hostile process

You get the opportunity to meet with a lot of people, even exec level. Additionally, the office managers here set up the interview process very well and make sure you're completely comfortable.
