There was no commitment on either side and there was training and education about a product; if we didn't move forward with the company making me an offer, it still would have been good to learn the information.

I am most happy because, I am not only making a difference with my company and the hospitals I work with but overall in the profession. I am the trendsetter of doing something different and thinking outside the box of, ".. they way we use to do things worked so why change...."

I work at my own pace and that makes me more effective than working the hours someone else dictates. Ironically, it makes me actually work more hours than I stated but I don't have to document so the amount of hours per day is likely double. I don't keep track of how much more.
