Interacting with my team are great.
it's pretty laid back
The open office concept is debilitating to getting actual work done, meetings are constant, long and ineffective.
They seem to love what they do, most of them believe what the company stands for (even if the CEO and exec team don't)
Too many interviews, focus questions better, have a group session when discussing candidates instead of filling out long forms that only HR cares about.
Planning, they don't seem to understand what the company should be: is it workforce? staffing? freelancing? Does it compete with small players or big players?
The CEO compensation is totally out-of-whack with what everyone else gets (7 million shares!), while rank-and-file that actually do the work will never get a chance to make anything. The executive team makes too much in comparison, freelancers are underpaid.
