There are so many people that don't do much of anything. Compensation that took into account responsibilities and workload would be great.
More toward a focus on adding value to the business rather than creating artificial roads blocks to inject themselves into a conversation.
Process. Calls. Process. Roadblocks. The company is moving toward being more effective and value oriented, so there's some movement. It's moving very slowly. Many people are very attached to form over substance.
