Visa Leadership Employee Reviews

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Highly engaged and skilled at long term strategy

They Listen and Present an environment to discuss critical issues

Leaders in my department are empathetic, strategic, thoughtful, and care about the well being of their teams. The problem is, our department sits within an organization of typically overly administrative, bean counting, metrics chasing managers

Long term vision with plan to execute

they are very knowledgeable and technically savvy

Tech savy, interested in doing things if you somehow make it work

xCSA dvcwvdw qdvcvdqdv dvvdqqvdc DWVVWDWDV

It is an amazing team and no problem at all!

They are aware about the surrounding and are focusing on future proofing the companies growth

Oriented towards growing company in new areas

The leadership has done good work

Management is very understanding and motivating

Can be easily approached to share ideas

Great communication to everyone in the office

Very inclusive and employee driven! Care about employees personal and professional growth

Our CEO has high integrity, compassion and being authentic

Consideration and open to comments

We are quite understaffed currently and burn out is evident, but Sr. Mgmt is giving the appearance of not caring.

The collaboration with the team

The team at Visa is committed to supporting and growing talent.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Speed of decision making and bolder thinking

Understanding the business. Realising performance based on measuring units will focus employee's minds only on unit production.

Transparent communication and avoid micro management

Transparency, accountability and too much cost cutting

They must be transparent in every aspect.Must conduct regular one to one meetings with employs. Must take action on non performing managers and managers who are just doing politics.Must consider Manager survey results seriously.

Be more transparent and get rid of the culture toxicity that promotes uniformity and does not celebrate out of the box thinkers

Review from Design Dept

Find bad apples in the leadership, including directors, get rid of them. It is like government department, once you are in, you can retire without doing any meaningful or tangible work. No wonder difficult to hire good talent with pay-scales on 90s. Focus on results not just "talk". Exit interview.

Review from Engineering Dept

Slow and Indecisive. More talk, less actions.

They need to start communicating upwards instead of just nodding to the top and then turn to those underneath them asking them to carry out tasks with directions they haven't even questioned or challenged.

Review from Product Dept

The leadership team takes the results of the annual employee engagement survey and dismisses what it deems as unimportant even if the topic is rated high. Also, they need to stop showing favoritism towards bad managers and weed them out. They talk a good game but do nothing.

Review from Business Development Dept

The culture is full of processes and people that don't get work done.

Stop cronyism and do some work. Not politics

Review from Product Dept

HR leadership - internal mobility, clearly prioritizing work, communicating to their directors and having more of a connection with operations

Review from IT Dept

Getting better as turnover happens

Review from Operations Dept

Clear career growth objectives
