Pretty straight forward. Took a couple of weeks. Phone interview with HR and hiring manager than onsite interviews with managers as well as executive team. Couple of more days then job offer. They did take about 30 days following the offer to do a thorough background check. Once that was complete a start date was set.

Phone interview with HR and Hiring Manager. Flown out then afterward for one day interview session with hiring manager, as well as two other managers, director and VP. Offered to stay the night before for the flight but I chose for a same day option as corporate address Foster City California is only an hour flight or so.

Visa is a very cause driven organization that is focused on helping employees feel like part of the solution. It is still a very large organization (10K+ Employees) and at times there are way too many processes and procedures to follow that come as a result. Overall it is a fun company to work for with a great brand to get behind.
