Working hard to improve culture, employee engagement, and drive a refreshed strategy

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The leadership team takes the results of the annual employee engagement survey and dismisses what it deems as unimportant even if the topic is rated high. Also, they need to stop showing favoritism towards bad managers and weed them out. They talk a good game but do nothing.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
employer 401k match, which was just significantly raised

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
compensate fairly and don't penalize those who come in at higher rates to only provide raises for those in lower level roles and pay ranges

What are some of the best things about your team?
My team works hard to drive change at Visa. Implements new products and supports high growth partners. Other groups at Visa move slower.
