
We need to improve in all
We have a good relationship because we have the same culture
We get along well and we get the job done on the east side.
I think our leadership team needs to quit making promises and standing up to and quit pointing fingers just to get us off their back, and also give us a good resources like tools that we need. Specially, our boss has a big problem on taht and giving us caps and sherrs when need.
What makes me feel undervalued is that nobody seems to care the amount of work we do in the sense of giving us a raise or a better position in the company. It seems like everybody else gets to move up except our department. Even though I tried, I feel the managers should make a decision not the CEO.
