Doing what they preach. Company too often says one thing and does another.
It's a big corporation, full of acquisitions.
Incompetence is promoted based on friendships, perceived intelligence and personalities instead of skill. People fail and are promoted. People succeed and are laid off. It is not based on quality of work or competence. Leadership is failing. They have no clue who the losers or winners are.
"Family" like friendship between individual team members and some managers. I am proud to be part of what they accomplish.
