I love working for a company that has such a great name in the market.

I liked getting to ask very honest questions about the company and its culture during my interview process.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is always willing to help solve a problem or troubleshoot to make sure the ships run on time and the company is able to reach its goals.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team works really collaboratively together is respectful to each other's separate departments. They are also aligned on the company's goals and mission which is not always the case at a startup.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I believe the steadiness and reliability of communication. Motherly is a startup so the priorities can shift often, but they are always aligned to our yearly goals and are reexamined quarterly as a business.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I love the unlimited PTO as well as the fully remote status of the business. Motherly has always been remote which allows me to save money on childcare by not having a commute to the office.
