Mainly positive but it was a rollercoaster in terms of employee turnover. How the leadership handled parting ways was really appalling. Incredibly callous. How you treat your employees in difficult moments is quite revealing and sadly Motherly failed.

The competency & dedication of the team was really impressive - so much hard work went in during a really tough pandemic year.
