In general we are a good team and have good thoughts what we want to achieve. However, we need to change because some things like infrastructure and reporting is not what it needs to be.

Skillful people who want to develop both the company and themselves.

The kind of flexibility I have and responsibility I am given.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Engagement and dedication is really inspiring, but unfortunately infrastructure isn't supporting that.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are knowledgeable and always trying to help out when asked for.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
General volume and numbers seem to be ok but part of the structure and calculation is kind of obscure.
